Programming language

The Azur-compiler-interpreter is a programming language specific for processing time series, generating reports with and without graphics and for editing of relational data bases.

The syntax is similar to traditional programming languages like C and Pascal. Azur consists of a variety of predefined types, which simplify working with time series, relations, axes of coordinates or report pages.

Many predefined built-in-functions make it easy to write new programs. Therefore, most programs contains only a few lines. Selfdefined functions can be stored in libraries, which are linked if necessary.

With Azur all our programs can be extended, especially new costom-built application can be written.
